Star Collector is a free-to-play, browser-based reaction speed game where players click on falling stars to score points within a time limit. The Game includes:

3. User Eligibility

are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Data and Privacy

Game Progress Data:

• High scores and game preferences are stored locally in your browser
• We do not collect or store personal game data on our servers
• Clearing your browser data will reset your game progress

10. Limitation of Liability

• Repetitive strain injuries from gameplay

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Game shall not exceed $10 USD.

11. Health and Safety

While playing Star Collector:

• Take regular breaks to prevent eye strain and fatigue
• Be mindful of repetitive clicking motions
• Adjust screen brightness and position for comfort
• Stop playing if you experience discomfort or pain
• The Game involves fast-moving visual elements that may not be suitable for users with certain conditions

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

13. Termination
